Job Scope


The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the sales team of the partner banks with insurance product selling, providing support to ensure smooth customer service, and providing on-the-job training on the insurance products to achieve the sales target. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing support on the digital sales support tools.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide first-line insurance specialist support to assigned branches for sales management, information support and first-line training requirements.
  • Follow up and mitigate product and sales process-related queries of banks’ banca sales personnel.
  • Engage in problem-solving and resolving sales process-related queries to the sales team.
  • Coordinate closely with the assigned sales team to ensure business achievements
  • Build relationships with the Bancassurance sales team of the branches of the partner banks
  • Act as the first point of query contact for the branches assigned


Academic Qualification


  • Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university


Relevant Experience


  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales roles. Experience in consultative selling will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Banks/Financial institutes is preferred
